Bio
Taylor’s desire to serve others is what led him to joining HBW. He served four years in the United States Marine Corps and served on three tours in Iraq. After his military service, Taylor opened multiple small businesses with his father and friends including auto shops, a towing company, and government contracting companies. He also worked as a firearms instructor at one of the largest shooting schools in the US. His passion is to help others better understand finances and achieve freedom through sound financial decisions.
Education
Taylor received a bachelor's degree in international relations with an emphasis in global financial management from the University of Southern California. After finishing his bachelor’s, he completed his Master’s in Business Administration at the USC Marshall School of Business. He also received an executive coaching and leadership development certificate from Concordia University Irvine.
Getting to Know Taylor
Taylor and his wife, Lisa, love to spend time together and everything outdoors. They enjoy hiking, biking, camping, fishing, and many other activities.
Hobbies and Interest
Taylor enjoys pretty much anything outside. He is a long-distance runner and has done multiple runs from half marathons to 50-mile races. He enjoys hunting, fishing, working out, and, when in the right parts of the world, SCUBA diving and spearfishing. His wife sends him out every year to catch one of her favorite foods, lobster. He became a SCUBA instructor in 2016 and was a staff member with Dive Warriors, leading other disabled veterans on SCUBA trips, and volunteered as a chamber technician at the USC Catalina hyperbaric chamber.
Bucket List: To certify his wife to dive and take her to amazing locations throughout the world diving.
Favorite Food: Tritip and tritip sandwiches. (He makes his own rubs and sauces to BBQ with)
